"I want to pay through invoice. Is that possible?"
Yes! Business customers pay for their orders with monthly invoices. You can also pay through direct debit, and we offer a 30-day credit line. We will need to make a credit check before you can use our services.
"Do I pay less if I order more deliveries?"
Yes! We offer service agreement pricing per service. This means that you can get reduced pricing for services where your monthly shipments exceed a specific quota.
"Is it complicated to be a service customer?"
No! You only need to follow the steps in our onboarding process to register your company and register an account in Portal Business. When that's done, you're ready to start sending deliveries.

Registering is easy, done in your web browser, and free of charge. There are no sign-up fees or overhead costs in being a PostNord business customer. You only pay for the parcels and letters you send, and the additional services you use.
Getting ready for the onboarding:
